Photographer – Eddie Adams
Eddie Adams’ style was capturing the raw violence of war, through emotion and fear. This style is similar to other war photographers but emphasises the human casualties of war rather than sticking to the usual style of photographing military might as a propaganda weapon.
There is no signature to his photos because war photographers during the Vietnam War used very similar styles due to the harsh environment, leading to fear of using expensive cameras, which makes the photographs seem very similar as there is no variety of lenses or lights used.
